Organize PDF

See your pages as thumbnails, then rotate, delete and reorder them. Your PDF never leaves your device.

One PDF up to 50 MB and 200 pages.

The pages show up as thumbnails so you can rotate, delete and reorder them.

Your file never leaves your device: everything happens in the browser, with no upload to any server.

How to organize a PDF in 3 steps

  1. Choose the PDF

Tap Choose PDF and pick the file. The pages show up as thumbnails.

  2. Organize

On each page, use the arrows to change the order, the rotate button and the trash can. You can also drag by the handle.

  3. Save and download

Tap Save PDF, then Download PDF. The file ends with “-organized” in its name.

What you can do

  • Rotate a sideways or upside-down page, 90 degrees at a time, or all pages at once.
  • Delete blank, duplicate or unwanted pages. The PDF has to keep at least one page.
  • Reorder pages, like moving the signature page to the end or the cover to the front.

Nothing changes in the file until you tap Save PDF. If you change your mind, Undo all brings back the original.

Why organizing doesn’t redraw anything

Rotating and reordering don’t require drawing the page again. The PDF is saved from the document itself: text stays selectable, images stay the same, and the outline and form fields are still there. Deleted pages really leave the file, so the PDF usually gets smaller.

Your file never leaves your device

The thumbnails are drawn and the new PDF is saved in your browser, in your phone’s or computer’s memory. No file goes through our server.

Limits

Frequently asked questions

How do I move a page?

Use the arrows under the thumbnail to move the page earlier or later, or drag it by the handle. The order on screen is the order of the saved PDF.

How do I rotate a sideways page?

Tap the rotate button under the thumbnail. Each tap turns it 90 degrees clockwise. To rotate every page, use Rotate all. To just rotate the whole PDF or a range of pages, rotate PDF is quicker.

I deleted the wrong page. Now what?

Tap Undo all: the pages go back to how they were in the original PDF. Nothing changes in your file until you save.

Does rotating lose quality?

No. Rotating and reordering don’t redraw the pages: text stays selectable and images stay the same.

Do bookmarks and forms survive?

Yes. The PDF is saved from the document itself, so the outline and the form fields stay. A bookmark that pointed to a deleted page no longer leads there.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. The thumbnails are drawn and the PDF is saved in your browser. Nothing leaves your device.

Is there a page limit?

Up to 200 pages and 50 MB. Thumbnails appear one by one, and you can start organizing before they finish.

I want some pages in a separate file. Is this the tool?

To create a file with only some pages, use split PDF. Here you change the PDF itself.

Can I open a password-protected PDF?

No. A protected PDF won’t open here, and we don’t try to break the password. See the guide PDF won’t open or is password protected.
